Working Principle
There are three screen decks of multifunctional air blower grain screener to separate the wheat from the chaff. At first,the front screen will sort out the dust and similar impurities. Then the main air blower will suck it out at last part. First screen deck is for the big impurities, second decks for cleaning grain, third decks is for broken grain and sand etc.
As per different sorting needs, there are two types of machine which one is only for cleaning and sieving. It can be discharged from outlet directly after sieving.
And another one is cleaning sieving machine with winnowing device. After the grains finished cleaning, it will be casted out by Grain winnowing device to realise sort out the stone and mildew grains. This machine also solves the question of feeding grains after screened. The grain granule can be thrown straight line shape, throwing distance can reach 6-8 meters, the machine without food conveyor belt can be directly run into the house of the rolls, it is also called "grain winnower"
